REQUIREMENT:
• Should have served minimum 4 years as Business analyst or as a Business Transformation specialist.
• Strong background in requirements elicitation and documentation.
• Involvement in SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) document preparation and Process Mapping
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to foster collaboration and alignment
• Knowledge of report building and Visualization tool (Power BI preferred)
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

- Shipping Domain Knowledge
- Involved in IT Internal process audit
- Hands-on experience with various SDLCs in product or project development and implementation
Nice to have
- Basic SQL and understanding of relational databases and data modeling
- Familiarity with Process Mining Tools and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
- Ability to assist in automating repetitive tasks and workflows would be a plus.
As an Operational Excellence Specialist, he/she must perform the following activities:
- Understand the business process flow involved in the agency.
- Analyze live transactional data and prepare reports on the agency’s adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Schedule and conduct regular calls with the agency to explain and ensure compliance with process flows, following up until expectations are met.
- Collaborate frequently with stakeholders to validate any new process flows required for their respective domains
- Capture new requirements and translate them into SOP or process flows
- Support the Team activities, building and maintaining dedicated BI dashboards
