Requirement:
Extensive experience administering Microsoft Power Platform environments, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop (RPA)
Strong knowledge of Power Platform admin center capabilities and tenant-level configurations
Experience with Power Automate Desktop (RPA) governance, management, and deployment strategies
Experience implementing and managing governance frameworks for Power Platform
Proven ability to design and enforce data loss prevention policies and security controls
Experience with Power Platform environment strategies and solution management
Understanding of Power Platform licensing models and optimization strategies
Knowledge of Power Platform monitoring and analytics tools, including admin analytics and CoE dashboards
Familiarity with Power Platform ALM practices and DevOps integration
Experience with Microsoft Data verse administration and capacity management
Experience managing the Power Platform Center of Excellence Starter Kit, Power Platform DLP Policies and Security roles
Knowledge of Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration
Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles and governance frameworks
Experience with API management and connector policies
Understanding of data governance and compliance requirements (GDPR, etc.)
Experience mentoring citizen developers and promoting platform adoption
Experience with attended and unattended RPA governance and management
Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-600, PL-900, PL-100)
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders
