Requirements:

Managing Desktop Infrastructure
Manage local and cloud printing solutions
Manage IT Tools and components - CCTV, Door Access
Manage Global incidents via SNOW
Having ability to collaborate with different teams for troubleshooting purpose
Good in ITIL Standards and Change process
Good in communication and Attitude
Hands-on experience In Service Now and CMDB

Skill Set:

• Deeper knowledge of Desktop Operating system and hardware troubleshooting
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
• Basic knowledge in Networking, Antivirus and desktop Security tools basic knowledge
• OS Deployment, Maintenance, Patching, Monitoring, Application trouble shootings
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot network and local printers (HP, Canon, Xerox, etc.).
• Manage secure printing solutions (e.g., Follow-Me printing, PIN-based release, badge authentication).
• Monitor print queues, resolve print failures, and manage consumables.
• Coordinate with vendors for printer repairs and maintenance
• Knowledge on any cloud printing solution is added advantage (PrintIX)
• IT Management Tools (CCTV, Door access software) – Knowledge is added advantage
