Job Description
  • Requirement:

    Implement, manage, and maintain the B2Bi infrastructure to support integration needs
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and secure data exchange
    Apply strong technical expertise in B2Bi software, EDI standards, and integration protocols
    Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues effectively
    Contribute to the continuous improvement and optimization of integration capabilities
    Administer and support both Linux and Windows operating systems
    Engage in challenging projects within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
    Demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
    Willingness to work in rotational shifts to support 24x7 operations
  • Proficiency in B2Bi software (e.g., Axway - B2Bi, Activator, Sentinel or similar products will be advantage)
    Knowledge of EDI standards (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT)
    Experience with integration protocols such as AS2 HTTP/S, SFTP, FTP/S, and SMTP
    Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python)
    Understanding of database concepts and SQL for data management
    Problem-solving and analytical abilities to troubleshoot integration issues
    Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies
    Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across teams
  • Extensive knowledge in Azure AD, O365, Microsoft security tools,
    Good knowledge in Windows 11 Operating system
    Strong knowledge in MDATP and Analysing logs, and Security compliance standards
    Good Knowledge in Phishing similations and Zero trust model
    Having knowledge in linux is added advantage

    Ability to manage multitasking under work pressure
    Expertise in Azure Devops and CI/CD Pipe Line
    Expertise in Rest API, IaC Template and Automation
    Expertise in Ansible, Run deck, Git and AAP
    Experience in Datadog and Jinja Templates
    Having ability to collaborate with different teams for troubleshooting purpose
    Good in ITIL Standards and Change process
    Good in communication and Attitude
    Hands-on experience In Service Now and CMDB
