Software Development Manager responsible for leading the development team to design, develop, troubleshoot, and optimize software programs that complies with coding standards and technical design. The candidate should monitor applications, resolve issues, and analyze trends.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science
5+ years’ experience in leading development team
Experience in developing applications using C# with .NET Framework v4.5 or higher, WinForms or WPF, REST API, Windows Services, Entity Framework, LINQ queries
Strong SQL Server developer skills : Understanding SQL Server and SQL server programming such as but not limited to stored procedures, user defined functions, tables, indexes (and their types), views.
Previous/current experience with multi-threading, asynchronous development, MSMQ, XML are a plus.
Coach and mentor employees on a one-on-one basis as well as a group
